SUPER Tiring Day..

Today is the longest day I've been on plane.. A total of 7 freaking hours.. Woke up at 3.45am, reached airport at 5.15am, departed at 6.50am, reached KL at 12noon and waited at LCCT till 3.15pm.. ngaidi.. So freaking long.. hahahaha..

My lunch.. Super small burger.. hahaha

Safely reached Kuching at 6pm. Oh yeah, forgot to mention that the weather in Malaysia is so freaking hot! I mean HOT.. So not used to it.. hahahaha.. After dinner with my mum and bro, went to have my stupid HDD diagnosed and found out that it's really dead for good.. haha.. RIP my HDD, you've served me well.. Took some pictures with my "twin" brother.. hahaha..

PCEC fun day

Went to PCEC fun day yesterday night and it was really a "fun" day =.=. At first I thought it was just a regular dinner and some ice breaking sessions with the new recruits, who knows that we are required to get into groups and play games in that different group. At first we were dilemma whether to stay for the game or leave, but in the end we decided to stay for the FREE dinner =P (free loader.. hahahhaha yes i am) Owh well, we were divided into 8 groups (blue, pink, red, brown, purple, white, green and yellow) and me and Fishy were in the green group while Jimmy and Shu Qing in white.

The first game was about guarding the potatoes and stealing other groups' potatoes. The group with the most potatoes wins the round. It was really tiring for this first game, as we'll have to run around stealing other people's potato as well as guarding our own.. hahaha.. Our group ended up in second last position I think.. hahahha.. I can't remember what other games we have played but I remember there was one game that required two players from each group to dance on the newspaper and the newspaper will be halved whenever the music stops playing. Shu Qing is the lucky one from white group who partners with Stephen. Look at the photo below =P

We had a dinner break after the first three games. Finally, free food (that's what motivated us to stay =P). Well the food was not bad (minus the couscous) and I like the curry very much. There's also free beverages (beers, wines, soft drinks).

Alot of people left after the dinner and it tempted me as well. hahaha but we stayed until the function ends. See we so give face to the organising chairperson. The final game was about group relay and the fastest team to complete the relay will win the round. Can't really remember which team won this game but overall I think the pink team won. The prize for the winner is a bottle of wine for each of everyone in that group.

The function ended at almost 11pm I think and I didn't regret coming to this event. (Because got free drinks and food) hahaha..

Hoho.. Went to Fremantle today. Havn't been there for quite a while already. Showed my aunt to the Fremantle market and I didn't know that there hasn't been any wet market there for awhile already.. =.=" So we went back without buying any meat/fish.

Ate baramundi at Cicerello today and this is the first time that I didn't eat any chilli mussles when come to Fremantle.. Hahahaha.. Surprise surprise.. After our dinner we had a little walk at the Bother's Beach (I think I spelled it correctly =P) Fremantle's beach is less attractive compared to Scaborough and Rottnest's. =P

That's all for today.. Tomorrow gonna bring Mr. Noob Liaw to city to do his mobile phone thingy.. hahaha.. OK, ciaoz!

SWA Trip (Day 3) & Lancelin Sandboarding

Okaayy, the third day of our trip was pretty boring actually =P We went to see cave (Mammoth Cave) which is near Margaret River and to me, it was pretty dull (sorry to those who's studying geology =D) Paying 20 bucks to see stones inside the cave is quite expensive as well.. hahaha

After that boring (XD) walk in the cave, we went to some winery in Margaret River. Actually I don't really understand why so many people said that it's a nice place to play in Margaret River. What is there to play actually? Visiting winery and chocolate factory? OMG.. hahahaha

OMG, check out the price of this table.. 11,750 AUD freaking expensive

and ngong chan Tay is lying on top of that table.. haha

Our next stop is the well known Busselton Jetty (which has a total length of 1841 metres) Aside from the long jetty, I also like the beach very much. The water is very clear (similar to what I've seen in Rottnest, or maybe to me that Australian beaches are almost the same.. haha)

Reached our destination after like 30-ish minutes? or maybe more..

After that, we started our driving journey again, this time back to Perth! The next day we went to Lancelin to tryout the sandboarding (which was not in the plan) Well, Lancelin is located somewhere north part of Perth, so this is not part of the SWA Trip.. hahaha

Yah that's me, dragging the freaking board up to the super steep sand hill..

Something interesting happened on our way back to Perth. A woman flashed her BOOBS when her car tried to overtake us.. Haha! Too bad I don't have the 眼福 to see it.. =P

Haha.. Ok folks, that concludes the trip around southwest of Australia. To me, it was pretty fun hanging around with friends and I hope that next time I can go with YOU.. =D

SWA Trip (Day 2)

Woke up pretty early on the second day of our trip, around 7am I think. Then we went to have a look at the water wheel, which works as a fresh water supply for those working at the lighthouse (if my memory doesn't fail me, that is. haha)

The walk on the bridge was pretty scary, cause it was very shaky when people travel on it.

Too bad we didn't manage to visit the Cape Leeuwin Lighthouse at Augusta. The Cape is considered the point where Indian Ocean meets the Southern Ocean. Oh well, can always visit it some other time =)

Our final destination of the day was Dunsborough YHA backpacker's home, hahaha. Same as previous entry, the accommodation was pretty good. The picture above was taken at the beach just behind the accommodation we stayed.

SWA Trip (Day 1)

Our first day's routine is to drive from Perth to Albany, without any stopping. Hahaha.. meaning 5 hours of non-stop driving (pretty glad that I'm not the driver =P)

This is the car we've rent. Looks pretty cool and quite comfortable inside.

This is the accommodation for our first night, YHA backpackers bla bla bla. The bed is pretty comfy (better than the one in Rottnest, haha)

Pretty 壮观 right? This is what they so-called 天涯海角 or 世界尽头 or wadever, literally as this is the closest place to South Pole.

Btw these aren't my feet, those are alfred's. I don't even dare to get closer to the cliff, looks pretty scary.

Too bad we aren't lucky enough to witness the blowholes in action =(

That's our first day's trip to Albany and our next station is Denmark then Dunsborough I think. haha, can't remember. So long and stay tuned for the next entry! =D

PCEC Recruitment Day..

Today is the recruitment day for the PCEC and since I failed it last time, I've decided to give it a second try this time. The party going for the recruitment includes: me, Cindy, Alfred, Jimmy, Benson, Wan Ching and 2 of Benson's friends (I dunno their names, lol).

As the picture shows, the hall was crowded with people even though we've arrived there ahead of the appointed time. We had a hard time waiting for our turn for the interview (around 2 hours ish).

This is what you get when you get accepted to proceed for the next stage of the job recruitment. I am so lucky as my interviewer is a Malaysian and he seems to be quite friendly to me and my friends, haha (maybe it's because sama sama dari M'sia uh?). Bad luck though for those who did not get accepted (Cindy and Benson's friend) =(

The induction for the job is next Wednesday and let's hope we can get employed! =)

This supposedly to be last Saturday's post but I keep procrastinate it until now. So last Saturday was the first day of our holiday and a gang of four (me, alf, theo and jimmy) decided to go have a hair cut. All of our hair ended up very very short, like school kids' hairstyle.. lol

Anyway, we headed to a vietnamese restaurant called ToTo to have our lunch since we're already out.

Supposedly today we've planned to go to Fremantle to have some fish n' chips but too bad the weather (and some other reasons, lol) doesn't allow us to go.. So, we've changed our plan from Freo to Hungry Jacks in city.. hahahaha.. And according to "somebody", spring is going to end soon and summer is coming like this Monday.. But the wind is freaking strong today and it doesn't feel like summer is coming at all.. hahaha.. "Somebody", i think you've just got punk'ed by your friend! =D

After having lunch at Hungry Jacks, we have done some window shopping as well as bought some groceries for tonite's dinner (green curry) and we headed back to Erica around 5 sth. Apparently Ngong Chan Tay (alfred) has decided to move out today and as a friend, I have offered him a helping hand.. lol..

Apparently the cheesecake is still very soft and wobbles alot even after putting it in the fridge for hours. So, we decided to bake it in the oven again and this is what we get in the end:

Cake Baking Session

Since it's Saturday and we got nothing to do, Cindy decided to tryout her baking skills by making a banana cake.

The ingredients for the banana cake:

Bananas of course, peeled and mashed
Sugar
Eggs
Baking soda
Baking powder
Buttermilk
Butter

The cake was ready to eat after putting it into the oven at 160 Celsius for about 50minutes.

Ian's 21st Birthday

So technically today is Ian's birthday and we have decided to help him celebrate his buttday by throwing him a party at Erica no life house. But celebrating birthday without any cake is just a very sad case, lol. So, a bunch of guys(Lee Hui, Theodore, Jimmy and me) ended up baking a cake for him. How gay is that =.="

The party ended at around 12pm, with me bloated with beer + bak kut tea. Trust me, that sucks big time. Well, that's basically what happened during Ian's 21st birthday.
